Model explained in brief
Everybody has a natural inclination towards change. We use four postures that are based on four of the main (Western) philosophies on the perception of change. They differ based on the timescale (now or future-oriented) and on how we interpret the world primarily vis the senses of our cognition.

Nothing is carved in stone, yet we have a natural response towards change. It truly helps to understand how you react ánd to understand why others in your team or organization have a different view. Rationalism tends to go for logic and goals and thus a plan how to get to the future while Empirism favours to hold on to what works, a lager idea that connects us with each other and the context. hedonist are very present in the now and can kind of go with the flow while Voluntarists have this urge, drive, a tendency towards action and see progress as movement.
