Interviewing thought leaders & practicioners on change
For over 15 years I have tried to follow the principles of Action Research or Grounded Theory, an apporach that uses a kind of bottom-up pattern recognition. By having interesting dialogues with leading practicioners one can recognize certain dymanics of change and cluster those into forces that describe the undercurrent of science, market and society. These forces all inhibit certain directions for solutions, I like to call design principles. These tranformative values can be used to provoke, guide, nurture the deep changes organisations (have to) go through, talking to the many people who are at the edge of change themselves. I researched and produced over a hundred interviews with thought leaders around the world. I had facinating dialogues with many of them, about their experiences, insights, fears, hope and beliefs. All interviews are all open to you for you to enjoy and to be inspired.
